Capital of Life – Från strategi till action

Capital of Life – Från strategi till action brings together key stakeholders from across the life science ecosystem to take the next step following the joint life science strategy developed by Region Stockholm and Region Uppsala. Co-hosted with STUNS, the conference focuses on translating strategic direction into concrete action and tangible outcomes.

The afternoon program combines presentations, reflections and panel discussions featuring representatives from healthcare, industry, academia and government. Speakers will share insights from the strategy development process, discuss what it means in practice, and explore the challenges and opportunities facing the sector today. Particular emphasis is placed on how different actors can contribute to implementation, collaboration and long-term impact.

Through interactive dialogue and cross-sector perspectives, the event aims to move beyond vision and alignment toward real execution—highlighting what needs to happen next, what must be done differently, and who needs to take the lead to ensure progress.
