The Nomination Committee is responsible for preparing and proposing candidates for election to the ATMP Sweden Association board. The committee consists of 1-3 members, including one convenor, elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

How does the nomination process work?

At least 4 weeks before the AGM, convening before the end of March, the Nomination Committee contacts current members of the board whose terms are ending to inquire for their desire to stand for re-election. Based on this and external candidacies, the committee prepares a proposal for a new board. The committee produces a finalized proposal at a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the AGM.

How can you become a candidate?

If you are interested in joining the ATMP Sweden Association board, or would like to nominate someone, please::

Reach out to a member of the committee to express your interest.
Provide a short motivation and relevant background information.
Submit your candidacy well in advance of March, so the committee has ample time to consider your candidacy.

What makes a strong candidate?

Strong candidates typically:

Have relevant experience within the ATMP field or related areas.
Are motivated to contribute to the development of ATMP Sweden.
Can actively participate in board work and strategic initiatives.
