chimeric antigen receptor-natural killer cell [ENGLISH]

Natural killer (NK) cells that have been genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that recognizes specific tumor antigens, thus conferring the ability of these cells to target and kill tumor cells.


Naturliga mördarceller (NK) som har modifierats genetiskt för att uttrycka en chimär antigenreceptor (CAR) som känner igen specifika tumörantigener, vilket ger dessa cellers förmåga att rikta in sig på och döda tumörceller.
