Advanced Therapies Europe 2026

From 7 to 9 September 2026, Phacilitate brings Advanced Therapies Europe to the InterContinental Barcelona. The sixth edition spans cell and gene therapy from early science to commercial scale. Sessions cover clinical development, manufacturing, regulatory planning, market access and patient involvement.

The format stays deliberately small. Around 600 senior attendees take part, and one-to-one partnering carries as much weight as the sessions. The event suits developers, investors, regulators and service providers with specific conversations in mind. Early-stage biotechs and startups form an explicit part of the audience.

Attendance is by application rather than open registration. Delegates apply through the application form.
