IHE Forum 2026: Sveriges läkemedelssystem i förändring – från världspolitik till regionbeslut

IHE Forum 2026 takes place on 3 and 4 September at Stadshallen in central Lund. The two days examine how Sweden’s pharmaceutical system is adapting to geopolitical uncertainty and new international pricing strategies. Advanced therapies run through the discussion, since they arrive quickly and often carry very high price tags.

The programme covers what drives medicine costs, what unreliable supply means, and how Sweden can keep access affordable within sustainable budgets. Voices come from healthcare, public authorities, academia, industry and patient organisations. The regional decision-making angle makes the forum useful to anyone following how ATMPs reach Swedish patients.
