Nordic Biobank x NVIDIA Federated Learning Hackathon for Biomedical Applications

From 16 to 18 September 2026, the Nordic Society of Human Genetics and Precision Medicine, NVIDIA and Rigshospitalet, Copenhagen University Hospital host a three-day federated learning hackathon at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen. Participants work on biomedical applications of federated learning, an approach that trains models across separate datasets without moving the underlying data.

The hackathon runs in connection with the Nordic Conference on Future Health 2026, and is arranged so that conference attendees can move directly from one to the other. Participation is free of charge but by application only. Read the invitation and apply to participate here.
