SmiLe Bootcamp – ATMP Edition
From 20 November 2026, SmiLe Venture Hub runs an ATMP bootcamp for scientists and early-stage founders in advanced therapies. Five course days combine seminars, independent assignments and one-to-one feedback. The programme covers the commercial ATMP landscape, industry partnering and financing. It also addresses preclinical development, intellectual property, regulatory strategy, clinical development and market access.
The cohort takes ten projects or startups, and expects active work between sessions. It suits researchers with a promising ATMP project and entrepreneurs building a company around one. Attendance is free; state aid under the De minimis Regulation covers the cost. SmiLe runs the bootcamp within ATMP Path2Patient, an EU co-funded initiative in southern Sweden.
SmiLe prefers on-site attendance in Lund but can arrange online participation. Sessions run from November 2026 to February 2027. Applications close on 8 October and go by email to Andrea Lundkvist Ynner.
