National network of university hospital ATMP centers collaborating to deliver advanced therapies to patients across Sweden

An ATMP centre, or equivalent structure, is found at all of Sweden’s University Hospitals and function as regional knowledge centers and contact points for the development and implementation of ATMPs within Swedish healthcare.

The Hospital ATMP centers collaborate with each other as a national network of university hospital facilities to ensure the sharing of knowledge and experience to deliver ATMPs in a timely fashion to patients in need. Representatives from each university hospital meet on a monthly basis since November 2021.
