cytotoxicitet [SWEDISH]

Antikroppsförmedlad destruktion av målceller genom icke-sensibiliserade effektorceller. Målcellens identitet kan variera, men den måste ha yt-IgG med intakt Fc-del. Effektorcellen är en mördarcell med FC-receptorer, och den kan utgöras av en lymfocyt i avsaknad av vanliga B- eller T-cellmarkörer, en monocyt, makrofag eller polynukleär leukocyt. Reaktionen är komplementberoende.
